The fourth issue of the scientific-theoretical journal "Eastern Studies" of the Institute of Oriental Studies of ANAS named after A. Academician Z.M.Bunyadov has been published.

19 scientific articles relating to the fields of philology, history and anthropology. The journal contains interesting articles on common and different aspects of the variants of the Koroglu epic, the life and work of Amin Maaluf, marginalized poetesses of the Victorian era, the theme of the native language in modern Azerbaijani and Uzbek poetry. Also, on the materials of the Turkish and Gagauz languages, an article is presented on the issue of providing cultural information through vocabulary. The new issue also contains an article on national and moral values in the work of Nizami Ganjavi.

Articles are being accepted for the fifth issue of the scientific-theoretical journal "Eastern Studies".
